I encurage everyone to check them out on Iowa Corts...just Type in Hillcrest Apartments and see what comes up. http://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/ESAWebApp/TrialSimpFrame
The manager makes up the laws as she goes and you will not be happy living here. They never do what they say they are going to do...The place looks great but its ran like a joke. PLEASE Live somewhere else and tell u friends how bad it is...
