Compared to what I've heard about other places closer to campus, TR is pretty good. The parking is adequate, but if you have a nice car, get a garage because my roommates car has been broken into 3 times because the parking lots are poorly lit and management won't fix a light bulb! We really hardly hear anything from our neighbors. They say about 50% are college students. This is the calmer crowd I think. The grounds are well kept except the tennis court and "sand" aka weed patch volleyball. These apts are older so I think they are better constructed than apts closer to campus. They are old though so the wood is dark. The staff is really nice and if you need something fixed they come up the same day.
