I lived here for just one year and had to move mid-year because of an internship in Des Moines. They were very helpful working with me as I had a subleaser take over my lease. We also had our apartment flooded just a month after moving in and the management was very helpful getting our apartment back to normal living conditions. Overall very nice for a "college town". Recommend it if you want to be away from the crazy/scummy college area.
