I've been here for around 3 years. My wife and I have come to really love Thunder Ridge. In the past 3 years we only had one situation where their was a really loud party. We decided to let them enjoy themselves for the time being and have never had a problem with them since. We were lucky to be on the second floor when they had a flood in which one whole floor of a building had lots of standing water in it.
The management has been very nice and helpful. If you have an emergency in the early morning don't plan on getting anybody to help. We had our power go out because of a bad furnace on Christmas morning at 2 am and we called who we were supposed too no one would answer. Left a message for the old man who is the maintenance person never got a call back. We ended up waiting 2 hours before calling a person who just does the washer and dryer and he was nice enough to come at 4 am on Christmas morning.
