I have lived at Thunder Ridge since September of 2007 and have really enjoyed my stay thus far. The management has always been very helpful with anything we would need and went out of their way to accommodate our needs while trying to coordinate furniture delivery and move in dates. The maintenance man was here the very next day to make repairs after we reported it. For the area of Cedar Falls the complex is located in (very nice) the cost of rent is very fair. It is close enough to the University for an easy drive to class yet distant enough to not have a campus feel to it.
