So here are the good points: It's close to campus, it's moderately priced if you are looking for a one or two bedroom place, the female manager has always been very nice to me and flexible with my lease, and they allow pets, I have a cat and I paid a one time deposit of $300, with no additional monthly fee. Now for the not so great things: no dishwasher, the look is very old and outdated, the wall air conditioner only cools the living room area and the bedroom is always hot, especially in the summer, we have ours situated like a studio with the bed next to the ac and use the bedroom for storage. Plus there are quite a few little old ladies that live here and my guess is they have there heater maxed at all times, since heat rises we have the ac and a standing fan running at constantly. You get one assigned parking space for a one bedroom, so if you live with a roommate/significant other one of you has to park in the street. Since the apartment is situated next to some frat houses once in a while you may find that if you are the unlucky one to park in the street your car might have donuts or other goodies smeared on it, or the concrete bench in front of the apartment will be flipped over. Lastly they are doing construction on college st, right in between the apartment and kwik star, so gas and jimmy john's is more challenging to reach. Overall, if you are not planning on staying a long time than this place is for you, otherwise you can do much better...
