The last person who wrote the last review,my guess would have to have been very bad tenants. I recently lived there and moved out just about a month and a half ago.
I have to say that I lived there for 2 years and the most current managers are great.
Ive never had any trouble getting my packages, nor did I have any trouble getting my deposit back.I received a full refund, and would very highly reccomend this apartment complex.of course, it is probably because we cleaned our apartment when we left.
You must have lived like hogs to not get your deposit returned.I have nothing but good things to say about university manager apartments and the managers who are there.Very caring people who will bend over backwards for you.They have done an excellent job at fixing the place up,and bringing in better, more quiet and more responsible people to live. I just learned today that they are getting ready to put in dishwashers. When my lease is up,where I am now, I plan to return there. I wish I would not of left. I give university manor an A for all the improvements. Maybey you people who write bad reviews about a great place, just need to get a life.
