i lived there for quite awhile, basically because i was too lazy to move. i had a a few friends who moved out asap because the building is crappy, and the landlords are ----, they are money grubbing fools who will do anything for a buck, or a couple hundred. rent's expensive, it's decorated horribly tacky, and there's an awkward makeshift workout room in a hallway where everyone walks through. awesome' yeah, not really. the hallways were under constant construction...but yet never looked any different, it just caused a lot of noise. so my recommendation-try a different place if you're looking for something actually some what decent. If you like a --------, then by all means rent from University Manor.
