Alexandra Apartments

When I first moved in to Alexandra, I was excited because it was my first apartment on my own with my first job out of college. It only took me about a week to find out that the walls were paper thin and I could hear conversations beside me, below me, behind me and above me. I learned to put up with it, however, there is so much stuff going on at the apartments near you that you feel unsafe. The cops are constantly there for domestic disputes, I've seen a SWAT team raid an apartment, which management claimed was simply for a "bb gun". I was chased from my car to my apartment door by a man and have had to start carrying mace. The pool constantly has kids from other apartment complexes in it. I couldn't even hardly lay out. When I wanted to move out, I called the office 11 months after I signed my lease, preparing to give my 30 day notice. However, they had made my lease end 14 months after I first moved in. Defnitely check ALL aspects of the lease so you don't get stuck longer than you want! Also, while trying to move out I got a random $100 charge from management for "damage to the grass" I would not recommend living here to anyone.

Diversity sucks huh? Too bad there are so many black people in your area. 99% of your problems are directly the result of "Diversity."
