I lived here for over a year and the maintenace of lack of is terrible. These two bedrooms have one window unit to cool the whole apartment. Needless to say this does not cool the apartment in the summer. The apartments are poorly insulated and are very drafty and cold in the winter. Also don't expect to get out of the parking lot for a few days when it snows. You are lucky if the parking lot is even plowed in the winter.
