This is THE MOST TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING place I have ever lived, EVER. 1st off they don't let you see the apt before you get the keys (yes my fault I know) but I thought I would be able to make it look nice on the inside. WRONG. EVERYTHING goes wrong with this place. I take cold showers almost every morning. The dryer does not turn on. The boiler has gone out TWICE already this winter, leaving me and my son freezing in the middle of the night. I was promised when I signed my lease that I would be recieving new laminate flooring - been here 7 months and still nothing - the flooring is molding and peeling up from the floor. MY FRIDGE HASN'T WORKED FOR 4 MONTHS! And they won't come fix it. I woke up one night and there were huge brown rolley-polley bugs crawling ALL over my bedroom wall. There's ants ALL over the kitchen at all times. MY Bathroom light won't even turn on. The electrical in the bathroom doesn't work. You can hear everything the neighbors say! You can literally listen to whatever tv show they're watching. No matter how much I clean this place, it looks terrible. And no matter how many times I call these items into the office, they don't do anything about it and get mad and scream at you because you're upset. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE. These are actually unhealthy living conditions. This is CRAZY. I've been told by the office that my items aren't 'emergencies' so they'll get there when they can - but they still never show up. If I can reach ANYONE before they move in here - DON'T DO IT. I feel sorry for people when I see them moving into the apt buildings, knowing that they're stuck in this crap hole for the next year. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Oh ya, AND I'm paying $595!!!! for this place - NOT WORTH IT. Oh and did I mention - that it's not even safe for your kids to play? When I moved to CR, the first place I looked at was neighboring Raintree Apartments because I read about it in a booklet and the prices seemed reasonable. I went to the leasing office (which was in the laundry room) and nobody was there, so I left. As I'm leaving the leasing office, there is a white van parked right in front with the windshield all smashed in like it was hit by a baseball bat. Then I drove to the Shell station nearby and asked about the area, and they told me to stay away. Apparently there had been a stabbing a month earlier.
Raintree and Arrowridge are dumps. Avoid at all costs.
