Property is managed by the A'nuses. Twenty-six stories of concrete slabs with drafty windows. Rent is high for the square footage. The water seems to get turned on and off without warning, and the power goes out in the night on a regular basis. So, if you DO live here get a battery alarm clock or you'll be late for work every now and then. Elevators are SLOW..and usually one is broken. Got the place "shaken-down" at least twice with so-called city inspections, each time I found my furniture messed with and PORN sites had been surfed on my internet by whomever entered my home...really nice, so lock your computer or something. Maintenace liked to help themsleves to a beer or two from the fridge when they were called. Rust in the tap water, since they like to turn the water off and on regularly. You wil lalso get to play "parking lot shuffle" when they attempt snow removal and ineffect polish the ice in the parkage during the winter. Electric bills are HIGH here, due to the leaky windows and electric baseboard heat. Recently they've added a magic parking gate that you have to have an extra card to open. Doesn't seem to keep anyone out though, but adds nicely to the Eastern Cell-Block lockdown decore'.
