This apartment complex isn't exactly the best, but it could be a lot worse. The apartment complex is definitely low-income and diverse. There are almost always unattended children in the hallways and on the grounds and in the parking lots at all hours of the day. Many tenants have house parties late into the evening. It's not unusual to be woken up in the middle of the night by loud music, a loud movie, or even an occasional domestic disturbance. In the winter, the parking lot can be a total nightmare, because both entrances are hills. The main entrance is the worst and very steep, whenever there is a decent snowfall most people can't get up either of the entrances, even if they have four-wheel drive.

The staff isn't very quick to respond and using the website (http://www.cedarwoodhillsapts.com/) for requests is useless.

All-in-all, it's not the worst apartment complex, but you can probably do better.
