I'm not even sure where to start with this complaint. To begin with it was completely unsafe for me and my daughter to live there. There was always people hanging out by the mail boxes or down by our entrance to the apartment building. Yelling comments at us. Some guys use to follow me as I walked down the steps harassing me. Early fall last year I had 2 tires stolen off my car.
The office staff is often rude even for simple questions. Most importantly uncaring to the residence. When I went to complain how I felt that I was unsafe walking to my apartment by myself the complex manager told me to "go buy some mace". Somewhere in that he thought that was the way to help make me safe. They have a washer and dryer on site. Too bad 2 of the 4 units are broken and the other one is plugged in and under water. This room was digusting. Trash all over the floor and water puddles. You had to walk in water to put your clothes in the washer and dyer.
Parking is a nightmare! Never anywhere to park especially in the winter. My car has several bad scratches in it now. There were even times where I had to park in front of other buildings.
I had horrible neighbors. Loud music until all hours of the night. Kids running up and down the halls banging on doors and walls until late hours of the night.
To top it all off i just moved out and they are trying to hit me with all these extra fees. DON"T LIVE HERE!!!! You will thank yourself everyday that you walked away from this apartment complex.

I am living there now and I agree with you completely. Except I havent had any personal problems with management, yet... It is a complete dirthole though, I keep my apartment nice but as soon as you walk out into the hallway you realize how disgusting it is. And the laundry room, oh my, what a complete nightmare. Not only what you said but I have also lost money to those crappy machines and was told by maintenance that they werent responsible for that but to call the number listed on the wall. There wasnt one, now there is after ALOT of complaining. And the dogs, seriously, I am an animal lover but who needs 3 freakin dogs in an apartment. And, If you do think you need them if they pee and poop in the hallway maybe you might want to clean it up. Just an example of the high quality neighbors that I have come across. And the harrassment of older kids (17) to my youngest is unreal, what a bunch of losers. If I would have moved in durning the summer maybe my surroundings would have been made clearer to me. I moved in in February and I knew parking would be a joke, moving in was, but summer brought out all of the other crap that I have been putting up with since. Lease is up in 5 months, cant wait!!!
