This place has definitely seen better days. My apartment was literally falling apart. the heat was not very good, the halls were always dirty, we had found drugs and or paraphernalia on several occasions, there was always problems caused by unattended children and teens, large groups of older teens to twenty somethings hanging out in the parking lot and around building entrances, my children got bullied a lot, one girl, in the summer of 05 got shot in the neck with a pellet gun, they definitely do NOT keep the parking lot or driveways clear in the winter, they do not shovel the handicap spaces or the walks and stairs very good. I had a window that leaked last summer and it took almost 4 weeks to get it cleared up. my 2nd bathroom floor had mold under it. I could go on and on it was the most awful experience. one vehicle got broke into another got vandalized and i even had another tenant threatening me with violence and the office said to not worry they were probably just all talk. My kids could not play outside without getting beat up or their things taken from them. Unfortunately we were there so long because we had 2 great danes and could not find another place that would accept our dogs. Oh, and the laundry facilities were the worst. people would steal clothes, the machines were usually filthy, clothes would get ruined and the room itself was trashed most of the time. In my building the ceiling even fell in durring last summers rains and completely saturated2 of the dryers and there was about half an inch of standing water and all the machines were left plugged in.
