I've lived here for two years and I'm glad to say it is my last. It was great until management switched and it is now nothing but a party place. People puke everywhere, it is noisy all the time, and impossible for some of us who want to study and not party. There is trash on the complex all the time. The amount of dog poop is disgusting around here and rent went up again. The laundry used to be clean and now that area is so dirty I won't do my laundry there....who knows what I'll catch.

The new management recently changed to a new security company called G4S and things are definitely getting better at College Park. Premier Security ruined the environment at this complex...thank god they are gone!
