I moved in these apt in June, everyone was super nice and willing to work with us! going though the expection before we signed the lease the leasing agent noticed the window was broken, only opening not even 1/2 way. They said they would have it fixed shortly, it is now decemeber and i have a 4 month baby in the apt and it is STILL not fixed.
Our so called "porch" isnt a porch at all b/c, our neighbors however have a great porch however we do not. they smoke out side on their porch and the smoke comes stright into our apt. through the window in the dining area, that window has never been used for the reason. Those same neighbors are SO load, i have called many times and they continue to do nothing about them. We will be moving out ASAP,
Kids in the area play right outside by our cars, and have actually HIT my car with a ball, you ask them to move or keep it down they only get loader and rude. I wish i would have looked into these apt more before renting =/

NOT TO MENTION the appliance SUCK, So old and out dated, they have ruined a set of pans we bought before moving in.
