	mostly people that can't rent anywhere else.very noisy .dog mess allover. not a nice place to live ! lots of drinking and partying going on.long wait to have anything repaired, then needs redone again and again.

	This is a nice place to live for your first apartment. I wouldn't recommend it for long-term residence though as the places are small and upkeep is minimual. It has a pool and stuff which is for for those college ... more
