OK,don't live here! terrible
have laundry to do, $1.25 to wash and $1 to dry
terrible terrible snow removal
raised the rent from 230 when i moved here in 2006 to new rent of 390 for fall 2008
yeah they got new cabinets, countertops, lights, blinds and kitchen adn bathroom flooring...but we are almost all college kids and i don't think people can afford to live here...
put in a pointless volleyball court on a HILL!!! serious
supposed to have tanning bed at end of november according to news letter, it is almost end of feb. and no bed yet.....
so slow to complete anything....i would not recommend this place to anyone...i am moving cuz it's bad
not enough spaces to park-- parking lot sucks with foot deep pot holes due to semis driving through to deliver materials

when they came to remodel my apartment in november. i had to call to ask if they were finished because it was terrible
