I have lived at Forect Ridge for one year and didn't have a single problem until the last few months of my lease. There is a problem with the rent collection and bookeeping person and for 3 months in a row I was sent a certified letter that my rent was late, when it was dropped off on the 1st. The property manager seemed willing to take care of it and eventually the checks were found and cashed. Except for this past month, they actually lost my check and I had to put a stop payment on it to avoid getting evicted. (At my OWN expense) If you don't mind dealing with an unreasonable office staff that loses your checks and harasses you un-necessarily, then move here. For myself it has not been worth it and I will not be renewing my lease because of this. I was not the only tenant to have these problems either, so it is not a one case scenario.
