The apartments could definatly use some updates, the front door of almost every apartment is at least an inch off the floor. The price is right for the 1 bedrooms, and there is central air! The rooms are good sized for 1 person or 2 people with little to bring into the apartment. 24 hour maintenance, but the land lady can be very hard to get a hold of, and not in her office much. Noisy neighbors are easily heard.



Oh and you better not leave a spec of dust! $90 to clean the apartment that I spent 5 hours cleaning the day before. I even went as far as washing the walls......Still, I was charged that much for "cleaning".
