I had a one year lease in a one bath two bedroom apartment. My stay there was wonderful but the move out went so badly that I would have rather lived ANYWHERE but there. Both me and my roomate had cats. I paid 400.00 dollars for my pet deposit, he never paid his and when I asked my landlady about it she said that it wasn't her problem. To make a long story short becasue of the damage that his cats caused I was only given back 28.00 dollars of a 650.00 dollar deposit, more then one months rent.
I've tried to call my landlady, she yelled at me and hung up on me. I've called multiple times to her boss and my phone calls have never been returned. Personally I think that they are just taking advantege of the fact that I'm now on an overseas deployment and they know that I can't really do anything about it over here.
Worst apartment staff I've ever delt with.
