Before even considering this complex I read the previous ratings and comments from other users and decided to give Forest Ridge a shot anyway. However, I deeply regret my decision to ignore the comments because now, not only have I left 4 messages (over a 5 day period) with the Management office only to receive one call back from the Manager herself (on the 5th day of trying to reach her), but I took the morning off of work to meet with the Manager for our 10:00 appointment only to find an empty office because she had decided to "take the day off" without notifying me of the appointment cancellation. I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received and I'm not even a resident. If this is how they treat potential residents I can't begin to imagine how they treat their current ones. I am very sorry that I did not listen to the advice from the people who left other ratings. Not only did I waste valuable work time, but I have also had to set back my moving date by 30 days because I missed an opportunity at another complex. Thanks a lot Forrest Ridge. Your lack of help was greatly appreciated.
