After a two week period of staying with my daughter while she was in out of the hospital I had several run ins with the Forest Ridge Manager. In this two week period she screamed at me from atop of her third story balcony "telling" me how stupid I was for throwing trash in the wrong bin. . .no signs were posted. I called her office 7 times to get ahold of her concerning my daughters rent payment and never got a return call. I left two messages with HER manager at Eagle Ridge and never got a return phone call. Needless to say when my daughter got better she went looking for another apartment and never looked back. This place may look good on the surface but what good is it if you can't even get a return phone call'

It's sad to see such a nice place with great location go so far downhill b/c of the management. Until the on site manager is replaced, or the people in the downtown office get a clue, that place is going to continue to empty out.

I've had the same experience. The manager is extremely rude and recently gave away the apartment that my fiance and I had been on a waiting list for, signed a lease for, and tried to make a down payment on to some unknown person. Now we are left with two weeks to find a place to live. I am extremely disappointed with my experience there. Do not trust their word for anything...
