i have now lived in my apartment for 2 years, and plan on living here for atleast another. i read the other reviews and I believe most of these people came from rich families, who live in the stony point area or better. these apartments have been here for a while now, so sure a couple of things are starting to need maintenance , but right before i moved in in january of 06 i know at least some of the apartments now have new carpeting, and new appliances. the only thing i have ever had a problem with is the water stopper in the bathtub... and the only think i could really hope for is a patio.. i live under ground...... wouldn't open and we thought it was clogged. every one i met has been nice.

I wasn't from a rich family at all, but at least our appliances were less than 30 years old. The fact that the doors in my building were and inch or more off the floor is a problem with me.
