I have lived in this complex for 4 years goin on 5 now and have not regretted the decision since. I took months looking for a good place to live and found that although fast paced since she is the only staff onsite that the manager was very nice and easy to get along with. I have lived in both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and they have been very spacious and good to me. It is in the woods a little so there are spiders that are around, but that would be no different than a house except that they spray for you here. Also good when there was a problem. Maintenance was always pleasant and got done what you needed them to and most of the time when you needed it done. Out of all apartments that I have lived in (12 years worth) I have not been in a better situation and other than little nuances that come with renting an apartment in general I have never had an issue that was not rectified by management or of my own doing. It may be an older complex, with older appliances, but I have not had an apartment with as few problems and the new appliances are never as good as the old anyhow. I would highly recommend that you look into these apartments since the neighborhood is good and there is very little you need to worry about.
