DIANE IS THE WORST APARTMENT MANGER EVER!!! She is always rude no matter how big or small your problem is and she screwed me over horribly when it came time to moving out and getting my deposit back. I am 8 months pregant and HATED the 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment building and another 3 flights of stairs to get to my apartment on the 3rd floor and I needed a 2 bedroom for the baby on the way so I was moving out when my lease was up which was inconvient because it happen to be the same weekend as my due date. Diane tells me she has a family that needs an apartment really bad b/c they are staying with friends and can move in asap and I will recieve half a months rent(which would have been a little under $250) and my deposit (which was $250) back minus the cost of cleaning the carpets which was about $50. So here I am thinking oh I feel bad for thinking Diane is so horrible she's really not all that bad and I was so excited to be getting out early and getting about $450 to go towards my new place. WELL I was so wrong.. Diane is HORRIBLE! I've been out of my apartment now for about 2 months and haven't recieved ANY money! She doesn't know where my check is for my deposit and she couldn't get anyone moved into my apt like she promised she would. I've called her boss from Eagle Property Management and never reieve any calls back and all Diane can say is that she sent my check out 2 weeks ago.. evey time I ask! The apartments aren't horrbile but i'd rather live in a box then to be lied to by that rude managment woman ever again!

Sounds just like her. Such nice apartments in such a pretty area. Their just ruined by the staff.

I agree completely; we never saw a dime back from our deposit. It is a shame that the Property Management company continues to let her work for them.

You're an idiot. This "review" says nothing about the complex or the apartments, but instead is just a rant about your Section 8, EBT card troubles. You stupid ------.
