Forest Ridge is a magnificent place to reside. I lived @ Forest Ridge for almost 4 years. I would move back to the complex in a heartbeat if I were to move back to Iowa. I was taken aback when I read the negative comments about the place and the manager. I guess each person is entitled to their opinion about the place but realistically the statements are untrue.
The manager @ Forest Ridge is very vigorous, respectful, helpful, and understanding. Maintenance was always done in a timely fashion. The manager is very professional. During the spring and summer months the lawn looked great. During the winter months she made sure the sidewalks/parking lots were clear of ice and snow. The place was always clean and well kept.
If I had any problems the manager was very understanding and workable in resolving problems as they arise. Thanks for being so great cj
