I moved here a little over a year ago and have only minor complaints so far.

One would be the noise level - it isn't outrageous but still you occasionally have to put up with the loud car stereos, people stomping up and down stairs and people standing on the decks talking on cell phones (not to mention the smoking).

Another would be having to sleep against the wall where my neighbor does her laundry - technically a bed is supposed to shake (*wink wink*) but it gets annoying when you are trying to sleep.

I had an incident once where the maintenace guy did come into my apartment without notice. They were quick to apologize and so far it hasn't happened again.

Also, the garbage does get out of hand here. We only have three dumpsters for who knows how many units so they are constantly overflowing. (Not to mention that some strange man digs through the garbage every day.)

The kitchen does seem a bit on the small side but for one person it is adequate. I love the fact that it isn't a white slab like the normal apartments you find around here - it has a little bit of color. The appliances are newer and I haven't had any issues.

The last thing I will mention that is my favorite part of this apartment...LAUNDRY!! I love the fact that I don't need to haul my dirty laundry anywhere and it is right in my bedroom. That is honestly what sold me on this place. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
