Don't EVER LIVE HERE. Seriously. WE have had nothing but problems since we have lived here. It's terrible. That's really all I can say. Our fridge stopped working when we first moved in, and they told us to 'lower the setting' and we did. But it still kept NOTHING cold. Finally we were down to our last straw and the fridge stopped working altogether. They replaced our fridge after a few days, and all of our food was BAD by then. OVER $200 worth of food! And best of all, they refused to compensate us for our loss.
Our neighbors are obnoxious, they grill UNDER THE DECK, so if there's a fire, we're screwed cuz the stairs would be on fire.
Our neighbors leave beer cans all over, the grounds are a DISASTER!!!!!
People party 24/7, and they ripped out the handicapped parking signs OUT OF THE GROUND. There's dirt EVERYWHERE!
Someone hit my car WHILE IT WAS PARKED and then attempted to DRIVE AWAY from $500 worth of damage.
The managers have a HORRIBLE attitude if you point out anything wrong with the place. It's a terrible place to live at, and I'm so glad my boyfriend and I only signed a 6 month lease.

I agree. I got two months left on my lease. My boyfriend and I WANT OUT NOW. I agree with everything you are saying. This is out of control and you can tell the management does not give a damn about the people who are paying to leave there. The lawns are covered in beer bottles/cans and cig butts... GROSS. Two months seems so far away... like you said. GET ME OUT OF HERE.
