the staff are very lazy they don't do anything. when you ask them to do their jobs they get pissed at you and that is if they are ever at the office in the first place. the maintenance staff is alright, but it takes them forever to get to your apartment to fix a problem. the grounds are always full of trash and cigarette butts. the security is nonexistent. half of the lights don't work there is never anywhere to park. there are a bunch of druggies and deadbeats living there. the cops have been there numerous times. you'll be lucky if ur car is one that doesn't get broken into. they say that gas is covered in the rent then in the middle of the summer jack the rent up to add on the cost of gas. the deposit is only a hundred dollars but good luck getting that back.
