Slow Maintenance & Dirty Shared Areas

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
(1)Maintenance of the driveways in winter for poor when compared to other apartments and local streets.

(2) Maintenance of building appearance is poor. (A garage whas been broken for 3 months)

(3) Maintenance\cleaning of building hallways is not done in a timely matter anymore.

(4) Repairs are slow when compared to when our family first arrived in the apartment.

(5) Too Much Nosie; too many children in drives

(6) Apartment shared areas are rarely cleaned on a regular basis

(7) Poor snow removel
