Some good, some bad

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Bad:
-Slow maintenance. When we moved in in February, our furnace did not work. It took 4 days to get someone out there to look at it. 4 days is a long time when it's 10 degrees out!
-Facilities not up to par. The 'sand volleyball' court is mearly a tattered net with a little sand scattered in the grass. Pool is OK if you don't mind all the urine in it. It also closes at 8pm and they will not allow you in it a second after. Workout facilities include about 4 machines.
-We paid $350 deposit and got nothing back, which some of that is explainable, as the carpet did need to be cleaned. But they kept almost $200 for painting, in a place where there was maybe 2 places that needed to be painted.
-Snow removal is not always the greatest.
Good:
-Quiet community with what seemed like quite a few families
-Good location
