Stay away...

Plus points :Neat looking surroundings, nice staff, Good carpet.

Negative points:
Old rattling refrigerator, cold air leaking windows, rats, heating system breaks down, do you want more''''

I live there and got all new appliances, the management is awesome! Have never had any problems with rodents. Windows were fixed when I moved in.
