I lived there for over 2 years. The first year was cold all winter, hot in the summer. They do nothing about it. Also they let you renew a 6 or 12 mo lease until they want you out then they only give you a 3 or 4 month each renewal is a $50 increase in rent. These apartments aren't worth the money you pay. They look nice and they are remodeling but they still suck and there is a mouse and ant problem. Also no one picks up after there dogs and thats gross. And my car has been broken into and scratched from the parking lot.

Management does not control climate, mother nature does. Resident renewed on a 12 month lease, was never offered a 4 month lease. Management was never told about a rodent or ant problem or it would of been addressed in a timely manner. Management has no control over car break ins and is not responsible for damage. Was a police report taken?

I do agree that they raise the rent every time you renew. I only lived there a year and a half and the rest was raised $180. Hard to believe "property value" costs would raise that much in that short of time...
