Management is politely indifferent; passive and ineffective in dealing with terrible living and studying conditions. Trash is constant. Drunken students are loud, vandalizing property and belligerent. Do not rent here. It's the worst frat house without any rules. Management and owners do not care about safety and decent living conditions for students. Do not believe them. They will take your money and do nothing.
