I lived here for several years, in both the old buildings and the new; the walls in the new building are sort of thin but they're overall very nice (and extremely energy efficient!); the older apartments show their age a bit but are reasonably well kept up, there was a rolling remodeling going on when I was there. Management and maintenance staff were friendly, accomodating, and prompt to respond to complaints. Grounds were nice and well kept up. If they'd allowed pets, I'd still be living there. My car did get broken into once, but that didn't seem to be common, and management added more outdoor lights, I believe, to try to prevent it from happening again. Overall recommended.

The rolling remodeling is very good. Remodeled apartments are completely brand new from the studs in it appears. The staff are very nice and responsive. However, the damage to cars and break ins are actually common, unfortunately.
