I have been in Pheasant Run for 2 years now. I have had to deal with an extremely loud neighbor above me for over a year of it. The office tells me they will contact him and apparently tell him I am probably being unreasonable. If 3 am wake-up calls from his stereo weekly is unreasonable, I guess I am. My building caught fire and I was displaced for a night with no compensation from management. My storage room has been broken into twice. The first time was when they had the area boarded up from the fire in my building and only the construction workers had access. I was told ??that??s too bad?? by management and received no compensation for the $1700 worth of tools that were stolen. I put in for A/C repair on a Friday and had to wait until Monday to have it fixed in the middle of the summer. The office manager yelled at me because I disagreed with one of the policies. To "get back at me", the office manager had me take a garage several buildings away from my apartment even though there was one available by my building. All in all, the management is definitely undesirable. I do not recommend that you live in these apartments.
