The apartments at Pheasant Run are very well built. These apartments are the quietest I have ever lived in. The buildings and grounds are beautifully kept. The apartment is solidly built. There's a nice playgroud, beautiful pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts. Maintenance responds quickly to calls. Management is pleasant and helpful. However, I just don't feel safe here at night. There is very little lighting. There is nowhere near enough parking. We work second shift and an all night shift. When we arrive home, we must park in a lot three buildings away from our actual apartment, and walk to the apartment through very poorly lit grounds and lots. There is constant vehicle vandalism--spray painted, keyed, soft tops damaged, locks punched in, and that sort of thing. Even our lowly decade-old econobox car and truck have been hit. The garages are in poor shape--don't count on the garage to protect your vehicle from the parking lot nonsense that goes on here--not with holes in the back wall and roof and doors that don't close properly. We don't feel this is a safe place at all for our children, especially. We are gone once the lease is up. We just can't afford the constant damage to our vehicles that we depend upon for work, or to live with fear every time we have to come home from work and walk leagues to our apartment in the dark with our children. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
