I've lived here probably 3wks now and I'll say they're alright. Not excellent, but they aren't shady either. The apartments are nicely sized, that's a plus. They're in a quiet area, which is great when you have little kids. The management did a great job of making sure the apartment was move in ready. I've met a few people that live around my building, everyone has been friendly so far. There haven't been loud parties, or anything like that. I only have two complaints...
I wouldn't say they're "soundproof" as the brochure states. I have a two year old and I noticed right away that when I stand in the hallway of our building, I can hear her pretty clearly (she's not a loud child either) and the t.v (which isn't loud). So if you have a quiet moment in your particular unit and you want to hold a conversation at a normal volume you can still be heard from the hallway so choose your topic wisely!

The lot and paths along the buildings aren't very well lit, which is creepy for me when I go to work at 5am. Let's hope they do some updating on that soon.
I'll let you know that I did get to meet the lady that cleans each individual laundry room (there are 9!) by total coincidence and she's worked there 20yrs. So obviously the apartments are a little dated, which might explain the poor lighting, and the fact that the apartments aren't actually soundproof. Infact, looking around, it's obvious that these buildings aren't newer. Which is fine, not complaining on that, but again, it explains alot.
Overall, I do feel very safe in my apartment. Controlled access would be nice, but I'll live without it. The staff is friendly, I have yet to send a complaint, so I can't comment on how prompt the maintenance staff might be, but judging from the looks of my apartment and surrounding area's, I think it's safe to say they do a good job of handling issues fairly well. A little cosmetic updating, as well as the outdoor lighting, and I'd rate it excellent. Of everyone I've had over to visit, they all are impressed by the size of my apartment, the condition, and the amenities. I'd say it's a good deal for the price!
