i lived at pheasant run for about 18-months. they had a nice living space but the location is abysmal and it basically took about 30-mins to 45-mins to drive just about anywhere. walls are probably made of balsa and the steps sound like drums at night. they also are pretty stingy on the deposit, meaning that they take all of it. my advice would be to spend the money on a professional cleaning team before you move out and see what they say. i did about a day's worth of cleaning on my place and then was billed for "cleaning" etc. and if you happen to live on burdette, park your car in the lot. there is an amazing amount of drunk drivers that flow through there on any given night. one happened to crash into my car as it was parked on the street. the parking lots can be prone to drug activity as well, so good luck with that if you're not into scoring after a day's worth of work, if you are, this may be your place. beyond that, the place was great.
