Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
i live here for a little over a year, lets just say its not a good idea to get a garden apartment, ours got a crack in the foundation and i had to call them 3 times in order to finally get some thing done about it and they took there sweet time on it too, and they kept raising our rent start off at 625 then had to pay 645, they sure didnt do anything to the place in order for the extra money. parkings a joke theres 2 parking area'a for our buliding but there always full.
