St. Andrews is owned by an on-site private management, which results in responsive maintenance but they still respect your privacy and aren't nosy. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything, and the apartments are comfortable with lots of amenities, clean, and HUGE! It is in the Rockwell area so many of the residents work there. I think the majority of people who live here are working professionals/9-5 workers. It is never noisy here, the grounds are very clean, and in a safe neighborhood.
