THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED, not because the apartment is bad, Very noisy though, whoever lives above us makes so much noise all the time, no results after complaining to management sever times. STAFF IS HORRIBLE. Manager Terry is a liar, I am surprised why others think the same. I am very angry with them. He called my wife and yelled at her on the phone. I told him we want to move out, then he says he needs 30 day notice. I will complain to BBB and all Cedar rapids organizations and Bureaus about this. The girl at desk is DUMB as rock and will tell you different things at different times.

sounds sooo familiar... same thing happened here... wish we could get together to talk about this... i'm so frusterated with this whole situation.

We spent 3 months at St. Andrews last summer and we loved our apt and building - which was quiet, overlooked the golf course and was very clean when we moved in. We had no trouble with the management/staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
