Working for a cable company I've seen some dumpy apartments. For a large complex, this place takes the cake. The hallways stink of moldy smoke and the tenants are complete deadbeats. I had someone hassle me for change walking through a hallway. The only nice thing is some of the ladies that live there... if you know what I mean (they sure do not want their cable turned off).
