Keep in mind most people don't rate apartments unless they had issues.

It's an apartment. The walls are thin and your neighbors may have little dogs. It's not a palace. But I found the rent to be reasonable, the appliances were new, and I thought the design was nice. I had no trouble with the staff or the apartment. The pool is okay if you don't mind the kids. Laundry is over priced and not conveinent.

I did not need repairs in my apartment. My biggest complaint is that I think the paint they used in my apartment was the cheapest stuff on the market. If you run your finger along the wall too hard you'll leave a black mark.
