I've had problems with the maintenance of our townhome. We had a pipe leak in our upstairs bathroom and it drained down into our downstairs bathroom. We've put in numerous calls to have the bathroom repainted since there's bubbly paint and mold and STILL have not had it fixed. This occurred in November 07. Also, whoever redid the carpet did a pretty spotty job all the way around the apartment. There have been a number of instances where I've cut my toe open on a staple sticking through the carpet.
However, the leasing staff has been very helpful whenever we've had questions or concerns about something.
Something to look out for is the floor heaters. These things ate up our power during the winter and cost us a lot of extra money even though we never had our heat high enough to skip using a blanket.
The neighborhood and location are very convenient. The townhomes may be a bit overpriced for the troubles we've gone through.

Well of course theres mold if you read my review BEFORE REMODELED youll know why theyre not fixing the problem
