Nice for a First Place

My Husband and I moved in here right after we got married - it's a nice place to start out. We were aware of some remodeling that took place right before we moved in, which made the apartments look very aesthetically pleasing. However, most of the remodeling was cheap fixes - they didn't fix any of the structural problems with the buildings. The floors are extremely creaky, and you can hear every sound above and below you. The paint also marks up very easily. The kitchen is very efficient, and there is lots of cabinet space, and all new appliances. There is tons of closet space throughout the apartment - we were even able to fit two bicycles in one closet! There is a ceiling fan in every room, although the air circulation isn't the greatest. The air conditioning in the summer and the heat in the winter don't always function effectively. It is in a nice neighborhood, although there are problems with vehicle break-ins. Overall, this was a nice place to start out - I would recommend it to anyone.
