My year lease is almost up and i cant wait, it is overly loud kids hang out in hallways all times of the night people spit on walls and doors. It is a secured building but there is a code to get in and everyone that does not live here knows it. I have never had any maitnece problems so that is a plus but the dirtyness of this place is too much for me... I cant wait to leave and live somewhere where the tenants respect where they live and take care of it!
