We have lived there almost 9 months and overall it is priced right and a nice apartment, when things need fixed they get on it right away. I do agree with the other review on the noise. There are many children running around all the time and it can be pretty noisy. Overall I would live there again.

I am thinking about renting at Valley View. I am reading the reviews to know more about it but, noise is a big deal for me...
